rescue dog Sugar

event round-up: September.

Hallo from the land of ice! Currently a jet-lagged zombie but excited to be traveling and seeing a part of the world I’ve been dreaming of. If you didn’t already know, I’m like translucent and also allergic to the sun, so Iceland’s climate is ideal for my melanin situation.
If you haven’t already seen, the Anti-Cruelty Society is currently at their dog capacity, meaning they can’t bring more dogs in from Hurricane affected areas. If you can, please consider opening your home (just temporarily!) to help dogs from all over the country. Oh and also, if you ever wanted to foster a kitten/cat, now’s your time. There are a lot of those too. For more information, contact Lydia Krupinski at LKrupinski@AntiCruelty.org or click here.
I can’t wait to share pictures from my trip (you can follow along now with my Instagram stories) but in the meantime, here are some events I’m going to help you get your animal fix with some upcoming Chicagoland events. I’ll be a bit MIA over the next week (don’t miss me too much) so I’ll leave you with some

THE RESCUE:

Ohkay you guys. If you want Trouble…you found it (her?). Her name is quite funny and while she’s young and will need training, she’s really not too much trouble. She’s a Terrier/Pit Bull mix and she’s just as sweet as her chocolate coloring. For more information about Trouble, click here
Just as sweet as her name, meet Sugar. She’s a goofy mix that I can’t put my finger on but she’s all sorts of happy and energetic. She’d do well with an experienced owner but hurry bc this cute little thing won’t wait around forever. Click here for more details on Sugar.

THE RUNWAY:

Inspired by my travels, I wanted to share this simple look that you can find me in on any airplane. I’ve recently partnered with LC Lauren Conrad and this is part of their fall collection. As you know, I really enjoy supporting companies that support animals and LC does just that. They work with Wags and Walks to help dogs in LA find forever homes! I’ve paired this super soft and comfortable top with my Zella leggings and trusty Vans that I’m currently wearing. Shop the look below!
